Contemporary Trompe L'oeil on exhibit at MC Escher Museum (2006)
Painted by Andre Martinez, this piece was created at Salon 2006 It was a bold showing of the application of the traditional trompe l'oeil technique in a contemporary composition; it was the first of its kind The piece was selected by the Mayor of Den Haag, Holland, to be displayed in the MC Escher Museum and was on exhibit for the entire year of 2006 and into 2007.
